1859 German States Thaler, Grade and Value Help Requested!

I have this 1859 German States Thaler. I'm not too familiar with foreign coins so looking for help with grade and a rough value of it. Overall it looks good - there are a couple of rim ticks on it. Would it grade AU? Thank you for any help!

Not a rare coin- attractive design. I would value this one in the range of 75-95. While it looks very original which is a plus, the dark color might be considered environmental damage by some and there is a chance it may not straight grade. The risk-reward with submitting is not that favorable- based solely on the image. It is in the 45-53 grade range. If it looks better in hand and the color looks worse in the image. I don't think the rim nicks are compelling enough to prevent a straight grade- I would more concerned about darker color and whether that fails within the scope of environmental damage.

The toned areas around the lettering look encrusted with something. The rim nicks don't help. I would guess it would be a 45 details coin.

    All glory is fleeting.

I don't know about the value, but I like it!
