Why do Mexican silver coins carry such a large premium?

The 2021 Libertads are over $70. Does anyone know why they carry such a large premium over other countries' silver bullion? I do like the designs, but can't justify the premium.

For proof Libertads I think it's understandable given the relatively small amount minted. However for BU coins it does seem high and I can only assume popularity of the coin/design is the cause, as without the presence of higher demand, I have to think that the premium would adjust downward accordingly. Wow, I was unaware of that. I suppose that will impact mintages for 2022 and that would include currency and proofs.I would quite imagine that the Mexican Mint will be taking note of this....

There are 2021 Libertads on eBay for $48. Still $10 more than US Eagles though.
