You can pick three players from any sport, any era, that you would like to see suit up and play one more time, who would they be?

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......
It's just a shame that I can't participate in this thread, I'm still on vacation!
Would the three players from the past be competing against the players of today?.....If so, then Sandy Koufax, Ty Cobb, and Babe Ruth. But not for just one game. For an entire season. It would put a lot of speculation one way or the other to rest......forever.
They can compete any time you want, then or now. With that being said, I wouldn't mind seeing this guy suit up one more time, preferably against Brady, in a Super Bowl, that would be awesome!
Man, I love that photo of Montana sitting up against the wall, he looks so intense.
You see, I'm not supposed to be participating in this thread, I'm supposed to be on vacation, I've got a huckleberry pie in the oven!
I wouldn't mind seeing Jim Brown play in today's NFL, it would be very weird, although I have seen weirder things.
I wouldn't mind seeing Larry Bird suit up again, he was a force of nature, just look at him against this double team!
Hmm, a thing of beauty.
for me it would be Dan Marino, Roger Clemens and Hakeem the Dream.
I loved that Dream shake. unguardable
George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.
I am going 3 for each sport to play in current time
Baseball - Ruth, Koufax and Bench. or Josh Gibson.
Football - Jim Brown, Nitsche (or Butkus) and Baugh
Hockey - Orr, Rocket Richard and Vladislav Tretiak
NBA - Wilt, Cousey and Bird
Golf - Jones, Snead and Nicklaus
Mickey Mantle, Jim Brown, and Jean Beliveau
Larry Bird.
Dr. J.
Moses Malone (when he was a 19 year old rookie playing in the ABA I saw him play in December of 1974; he played the last minute or so of the first half and most of the second half [about 24 minutes total] and his stat line included 35 points and 23 rebounds).
Each at the peak of their health, talents, abilities and ambition.
PDX favorites:
Bill Walton with healthy legs:

'Sheed Wallace (ball don't lie), the most unstoppable power forward I ever saw (when his head was on right):

The B Roy with knees.............

If'n the B Roy could have played with healthy knees, da Blazers would have dominated for a few years. He was simply amazing in his drive and will to succeed on the court.
Put them altogether would have been something........
This would be my first choice. I'll say it again, if he hadn't hurt his back working on his mom's driveway he would be pretty much concensus GOAT.
Greatest shooter ever. Had to switch his shooting style after messing up his hand in a softball game right before he turned pro. Didn't even practice the three coming up. Could hit from anywhere anytime. Had all those assists while not being a primary ball handler. Made everyone better. Really competed.
Babe Ruth, Jim Brown and Joe Montana
Only reason is to really see how well they would do in todays competition to finally put to rest one way or another their place in GOAT status
