Which is the best duo in NBA history?
Bill Russell-Bob Cousy 11.81%
Larry Bird-Kevin McHale 9.03%
Shaquille O’Neal-Kobe Bryant 31.60%
Magic Johnson-Kareem Abdul-Jabbar 14.93%
Michael Jordan-Scottie Pippen 32.64%
Total Votes: 288
Must be a bunch of kids voting. Even those I use to love watching Jordan and Pippin play, no doubt, Magic and Kareem was the absolute best duo. Kareem is #1 on the all-time scoring list. No one could block the skyhook. And Magic was the best all around player in the NBA.

dumb. Kobe and Shaq are whinners and benifit because half the league sucks and the other half can't catch a break.
At least in the 80's there were powerhouses all over the league. You put the 86 Lakers, Celtics and Pistons with
MJ and those 90's Bulls teams and I guarentee you that they don't get 6 rings!

<< <i>Come on...Bird/McHale only 9%...thats a joke, no one could defend McHale either and Bird would just make you look

hehe, Jordan in his early days use to make Bird look dumb.
<< <i>Jordan scored 63 in 2 overtimes and lost and I don't think he ever beat bird 80's celtics do you? >>
That's because Jordan had no backup cast until Horace Grant and Scottie Pippin came on the scene in the late 80's. Until then, Jordan had to carry the team on his shoulders.
I can't even tell you what to expect from this guy when shaq isn't around. All I know is all those scoring titles will be his without a doubt, but he will still need help to win titles. EVERYBODY NEEDS HELP TO WIN TITLES PERIOD.
<< <i>auto did jordan win anything without pippen or horace? So obviously he wasn't carrying nothing, but scoring points. Everybody needs help even mr. jordan. >>
Heh, 63 points and losing... they says something about your team. And yes, he needed a little help, but who do you think made them better. Look at Pippin's first 3 years. ALL of his stats improved each year. why? Because of those practices with Jordan. So, Jordan did carry his team.
<< <i>Yeah, and Kobe scored 56 points in 3 quarters! Not to mention going 21-34 from the field...and the Lakers WON.... >>
How much did he have the entire game?
<< <i>kobe had a awsome game vs the kings in the playoffs scoring what 48 points and 16 rebs! That's with shaq.

Kobe's stats would have been less because WITHOUT Shaq, Kobe would have been double teamed.

How much did he have of what? That's it. He played only 3 quarters and scored 56 points. He sat out the 4th quarter. He could have easily went for 70+...
I LOVE PROVING IDIOTS LIKE YOU WRONG. I will be waiting for your idiotic remark on it.
yea, that or people get better over time with practice and hard work, lol. You ever thought of that one?
