Reposting ,, placed it in the sports card section by mistake .. the photo is signed by Ted Briggs the last living survivor of the Hood . there was only 3 survivors out of 1,415 crew . The ship took only 3 minutes to sink .

The Hood suffered the same type of devastating explosion that destroyed three British Battle Cruisers during the 1916 Battle of Jutland. The Hood was of a different class, having been laid down in 1916, but seems to have suffered the same fate. All four Battle Cruisers were sunk with the loss of nearly their entire crews.
I collect naval Items .. do you know what the names of the three cruisers were ?
The three battle cruisers that were sunk at Jutland were:
HMS Indefatigable
HMS Queen Mary
HMS Invincible
More that 3000 British sailors died on those ships. That was about half of all the British fatalities during the battle.
