09SVDB, Link Added! Also a question about the coin slab (holder)?

First we have BAD images!
But, several details seem apparent on the reverse!
The "N" in UNITED looks to be a deep valley.
The periods in the designer's initials appears out of place, the one following the V is to low & the one following the D looks to close to the D.
Question???
The coin is in a tagged holder, but its not one I've ever seen before, it does have a bar code, but what company is it?

I got some back channel information, the term for the holder was something like basement casement, Junk-n-junk
The seller doesn't look to be a coin dealer at all!
So, I'm on hold for some group opinions!
Thanks

If it smells like a duck. Flies like a duck and sleeps like a duck. . .

The pictures are terrible but from what I can see, I strongly suspect that the coin’s not genuine.

I agree - But the holder says it's genuine.
Really really bad pics. This one is difficult.
The only thing I can add to this is that the mintmark looks to be in a correct position.

Yes it does.
A "genuine" fake?

All of the above. Bad fake, bad holder. With today's phone's picture capabilities, there really isn't much of an excuse for crappy pictures unless you are trying to hide something............that always throws the first red flag that begins the closer looks.
