Need help for stamps certification (philatelic foundation, APEX)

Hello,
I'm a french philatelist and I have Washington/Franklin unused stamps that I would like to authentificate (Philatelic Foundation) without any mistake/risk in the process - from France to the USA.
What should I be careful about?
