I need some help please. I've exhausted myself looking through the Krause catalogs including specialized. Went through all the Asian countries as well as all the Stans and Soviet satellites. Nothing. Tried using translation tools to no affect. I have not run across this during my time as a dealer. Anyone?

Mongolia. It says 'Mongol' in cyrillic on the top line of the face. I don't know anything about the specific note other than the nation.
