Ticket Stub value?

Saw an article in paper today about some crazy ticket stub prices for Jordan's first Bulls game. Reminded me that I have a ticket stub from a game when I saw him play in the minor leagues. I have a photo somewhere too. I found some sold Birmingham Baron's tickets on eBay and the prices ranged from like $25 to $250. From what I can gather, the tickets with his picture on them are more valuable and also games that were notable (first HR, first game, etc.). One sold for $264 and I can't quite figure out what makes it special. I didn't see any Huntsville Stars tickets (against Jordan) sold on eBay, so I don't know if that makes this ticket more or less valuable. Sadly, we had to leave the game early and missed Jordan hitting a game winning double so it was one of his more memorable games as a baseballer.
