1989 Donruss Ken Griffey Jr Rated Rookie Error Card

Recently went through my childhood collection of baseball cards and came across a 1989 Donruss Ken Griffey Jr. Rate Rookie Card with a completely blank back (white). Has anyone ever come across this card? I haven't been able to find another anywhere and I'm trying to determine it's value. I only bought packs of cards, never single cards from card shops, so I can't conceive how it could be a fake.

    I used to have some 1989 Donruss blank back cards, no Griffey. I pulled them from rack packs. There was one per rack. I'm sure a Griffey collector would pay extra for the card but have no idea how much extra.
