grading surface gloss on topps tiffany cards

Hi there, I'm curious if anyone has had any direct experience with how the surface of Topps Tiffany cards is graded? Obviously any clear spotting on the gloss would be a demerit - but there are times where if I tilt the card under a light I can see just a hint of texture to the gloss - almost a few pinpoints of a sparkle, if that makes sense. Just wondering if there is a mild tolerance for that kind of thing when the overall eye appeal of the card is unaffected. Thanks.
