Everyman Mint State Sets - No 64+ Coins allowed?

I posted this in the Registry forum as well.
It appears that 64+ coins are ineligible for the Everyman Mint State Sets - whereas 58+ coins are allowed in the standard Everyman sets.
I hope PCGS reconsiders this - I think the pursuit of 64+ coins would make the Everyman Mint State sets more fun!

While I don’t have those sets, I agree. A 64+ is still less than a Gem (65). I assume (please correct me if I’m wrong) that suffixes, like RD, are allowed, but don’t count for anything, so a copper 64BN counts exactly the same as a 64RD. IMO, a 64RD should count more than a 64BN, just as a 58+ counts more than a 58.
