These are both retail parallels but the Light Blue is a hanger box exclusive SP and "dark" Blue is a retail exclusive SSP
I purchased a PSA 10 Gabriel Davis that is labeled as Blue but the slab contains a light blue card. The grader likely couldn't tell the difference or didn't know the difference.
There are PSA 10 Light Blue labels out there in contrast.
Is there any remedy for this?
