Submitting GSA Morgans

I have a few GSA’s I want to get graded. Do I just submit the slab or do I include the COA & box? Their instructions just mention the slab, but I wanted to be sure. Thanks

Believe it's just the Morgan in the holder. They don't care about the cert and box.
