    Yet, the Braves will continue to beat up on them. They are now 10 1/2 games back of the Braves and getting Floyd won't help any. image Hell, I don't even see why Floyd wanted to go back to Montreal. Remember he started his career off in Montreal where he had knee problems. That's kind of shocking in a way.

    Looks like Marlins are trying to dump salarys.Probably because they wouldn't be able to make payroll otherwise.Cliff can sure help Montreal.They needed one more good bat to help them in the 2nd half.

    hehe, they got Lloyd and Pavano though, and Cliff Floyd is a great outfielder in comparison with Encarnacion, otherwise, Cliff is an above average OF.

    good trade for Montreal.They need that strong bat in their lineup for a wild card push.Pavano and Lloyd are no great loss tho Lloyd is a good lefty out of the pen.Pavano has never come close to his potential.Glad the Sox traded him and got PJ in return...

    Typical smart a$$ "know-it-all" comment from Mr. Bob. Braves will win the world series this year...and yes, you heard it from me first. Once again, the Braves might only have ONE ring, but that's a lot more than a lot of teams have had in YEARS. Atleast we GET to the playoffs and are successful...10 straight division titles...no team in the history of BASEBALL, or in the history of sports PERIOD can say they have done this...and I doubt it'll ever be broken...and we'll have #11 this season along with another WS ring. Who's your team and what are they doing? The Orioles??? LOL...Yeah...your speechless now.

    its been a long week at bsk camp, so maybe i read that wrong, but who knows, or maybe they got 2 other prospects and those 3, didnt really look into it that much

    Yep, the two guys I just mentioned ^^. Although Karp isn't officialy traded yet, he can't be traded less than a year after he signed his pro contract. He signed in september so that's when it will be announced.
