    Surprised by all except Seymour. I feel there are much better players on the list that did not get in.

    Not sure why but I thought he'd played much longer than he did. I assume that's your objection - his short career? There's no doubt he played at a HOF-level when he was actually playing. And the HOF doesn't much care about career length - see Sayers, Gale and Davis, Terrell.
