PSA 10 / Auto 10 Rookies

Hi All...I have a BUNCH of PSA 10 Joe Thomas Auto'd rookie cards. I am thinking about sending the best ones in to try for the "double dime" (get the auto grade added)...has anyone had luck doing this and what is the procedure to do so? Any idea what the cost would be to get the auto grade added? Thanks for any input!

Normally 20 dollars..but i have had luck doing it ....if the auto Is Sharp .

you can always put a minimum grade for the auto...... so if you dont want an 8 i guess put minimum 9 or 10

good idea...I will request minimum 10s...They are all on-sticker autos and look really clean.
Post a few pics and many should be able to gauge them for you. Also, I’ve had a grade add on at PSA for 15 months total. So unless you are sending it economy, prepare for a long wait.

Here are a couple of them. The contenders autos are /129....the orange refractor is /25 and the Uncirculated is /10....I have a bunch of others, but this is a few of them. I have 3 of the 6 PSA 10 Contenders cards.
Because of who the player is and the cards in question are low pop of PSA 10's for these cards, I don't think adding a Auto 10 is really going to move the needle value wise. If it was like Mahomes, where everyone grades them and there would be lot's of PSA 10 sales and resales, then yes, a 10 auto would be a differentiator that would make it more valuable compared to a vanilla PSA 10.
I may just do it for a few of them rather than most of them....I probably have over 50 auto'd 10s of Thomas.

Not exactly, that's $60 for a grading/review (where you could ask for the auto grade), same price as grading a raw autographed card.
You need to send an email to info@psacard.com and ask specifically how can you just get an auto grade added to a factory issued autographed card that has ALREADY been graded by PSA... include the cert number in the email...

I just got a 50 card allocation, but I can send in less than that , correct? (say, 5 cards?)
looks like you can do less than 50...but the unused balance of your allocation is then "forfeited"...
