PSA grade question

Recently purchased the following Pokémon card and wondering if it’s normal to have a PSA with chewed up contents like this card. Is this normal and should I return the card? To be honest I didn’t really think it would have been that bad. See back upper right side. See attached picture.

Looks the same as in the picture when you bought it. Why would you return it?

I am a bit surprised it got a 10, however I wouldn't call it "chewed up".

Seller accepts returns, so I guess you can return it. Card was offered with good scans of front and back, so you might/should have seen the chipping on the back.

I tried to look it up on the population report and wasn't able to find it to see how many 10's there are. I am not very knowledgeable on Pokeman.

Finding 10's is not as easy with "regular" cards as it used to be. I would keep it.

The POP report is 453 10's out of 2100, so about 22%. It's chewed up in a sense of a 10, but as for pokemon wear and tear, that is not close to chewed up.

My guess is that the original submitter may have submitted multiple of the same card, and some how after grading, when the grade stickers were placed with the cards, they got jumbled..

I'd return it, as you could get another one cheaper in an auction when they come up based on history.
