What "Other Platforms" does Ebay own?

Just received my "Updates to the Ebay User Agreement". Something that stand out is where it states the following:

We may publish and promote your listings on platforms belonging to other eBay corporate family members and/or third-parties.
What exactly does this mean? They could publish my listings elsewhere and give needed info to complete the sale to the 3rd party? Not sure exactly what it means, but seems like an opening for who knows what. Anyone have more info?
