Looks really strange....maybe just the lighting and photos???
It really is a normal looking coin, and PCGS gave it a MS 67. I just got a new camera and I can't find a way to shoot photos of coins, especially while in the holder. I tried with/without a flash, natural light, indirect sunlight, halogen, and something I found to work fairly well for raw coins is a ring flash. In case anyone is interested, there's a 14 day return period. I've been here about 20 years and have bought/sold with dozens of board members.
