Nice card. A couple crumpled corners, the chip at the bottom edge and the stain on the middle right is going to keep it lower grade. I'd guess a 5.
Beautiful card! Certainly worth submitting. The chip on the lower edge, the print spot on the right border and the back corner by his name are the biggest detractors I see from the picture. It has the traditional OPC rough cut and the off centered oil drip. With the L/R centering off 70/30, I think this lands in a PSA 6 holder.
Agree with the 6

I looked at it and decided a 6 before looking at any of the comments.
PSA 6
Thanks to everyone for your time and opinions. I'm sure my brother will be happy when I tell him all your comments and grade evaluations.

There looks like a water stain on the boards near the left side of the card. Can you take a closer look at that area to see what it might be.
Welp, guess that means PSA 3
I’m going to guess that might get an OC qualifier. Look at the right border. It looks thicker at the top then tapers down as it reaches the bottom. Indication of a tilted/slanted picture.
Now that I look closer I can see the top left border is thinner than the bottom left definitely indicating the picture is “cocked” or tilted. Think 11-4 on a clock… \
The OC qualifier for the most part is dead. They just give a 2 point deduction these days. If anything, this card will get a ST qualifier...
So I just put the card under the card centering tool, seemed very straight to me with a 60/40 east to west border. I'm new to this card talk and don't no what a OC qualifier is as well as a ST qualifier lol sry my bad but I'm a quick learner...if you could explain.

It really doesn't matter to much about the grade to the owner of the card (my brother) as he will never sell it or deal it. Like everything he has lol he never seems to part with anything. Looking at it again it is tilted as you guys say. 60/40 at the top side to side and maybe 65/35 at the bottom side to side.

in the past if you asked for qualifiers, the card would be graded without factoring in the potential bad qualifiers, so if the card was very off-centered. for example, and you asked for qualifiers, the card would be graded as it normally would without factoring in the bad centering. If the corners, edges and surface deemed the card to be a 7, you would have gotten a PSA 7 (OC), with the OC standing for off-centered. If you had asked for no qualifiers, then you would have most likely gotten a PSA 5 for the same card (most believe removing the qualifier lowers the grade 2 grades/points). The ST qualifier stands for stained.
"4" is my guess. It would have been "7" or "7.5" until my eye made its way to the lower right corner and bottom...
Good Luck!
