    The latest news:

LAS VEGAS (AP) — Police learned Saturday that New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara was a suspect in a pre-dawn beating of a man at a Las Vegas nightclub, but did not arrest Kamara until after Sunday’s NFL Pro Bowl, a Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department spokesman acknowledged Monday.

The alleged victim in the attack was treated for facial injuries at a Las Vegas hospital, where he told patrol officers that the incident occurred about 10 hours earlier, according to a police department statement. “There was a delay in reporting due to the victim receiving treatment,” the statement said.

According to the victim, he was leaving the club and was making his way to the elevators. There, he said Kamara was waiting with a group, and put his hand on his chest to stop him from walking into the elevator.
The victim pushed Kamara's hand off, then was pushed by someone in the group, causing himself to stumble back.

After he fell, he said he was hit and kicked by multiple people until he lost consciousness. The victim had an orbital fracture on his right eye that may require surgery, police said. It was so swollen, it couldn't open during the police interview. Police also noted injuries to his head, knee and arms.

Police said surveillance footage from Cromwell backed up the victim's story, and that Kamara was one of four people involved.
The video reportedly showed Kamara punch the victim multiple times, then once the victim falls back, Kamara punches him three more times. Three others join in, "stomping" the victim in the face, chest and legs.

. A conviction on the felony charge could result in a sentence of one to five years in state prison.

Regardless of what was said or done, this guy gets knocked down, kicked and punched by 4 dudes? That is cowardly thug crap.

I thought Kamara was a smart well behaved kid who lived in Montana or something? I thought I read that

Either way if the camera backs this story up he is jammed up hard, it’s going to cost him. He is too good to have the Saints cut him though, if he wasn’t he would be gone. If he goes to jail it will be a different story

I was also under the impression that Kamara was a good kid, that is a cowardly attack and a savage beating by a bunch of punks. If you have a problem with the guy, settle it one on one like men.

I think the orbital bone is what helps the eye stay in place, and the victims orbital bone was busted up badly, there is a report that he may need surgery.

Expect the same type of scenario to play out as it did in KC if it can

Kareem Hunt gets into a drunken scuffle, no injuries to anyone and gets cut immediately.

Tyreek Hill breaks his kids arm and nothing happens to him since he is a super star.

I imagine that the Saints will have no choice to punish him but will somehow find a reason to keep him. Unless Ofcourse he goes to jail which is an extreme possibility with this situation

Three others from Kamara's group then began stomping the man in the face, chest and legs. One of Kamara's associates stomped him about 16 times, according to the police report. The incident broke up once security arrived, and Kamara and his party were escorted out of the property. Kamara was later identified through video and eyewitness accounts, and he had used his ID and credit card while at the casino.

Perk is correct about Tyreek Hill. everyone seems to forget about what he did because he is a star. that chump should have been ray riced right out of the league.

hurting women and children is the epitome of cowardly. I will not suffer those men who choose to hurt those two groups.
