PSA lottery odds of being chosen?

Can anyone comment on the odds of being chosen and how often they hold the "lottery". If chosen how many cards can a person send @ $50/card? Is there any benefit in turnaround time?

I was in the waiting room for 45 minutes before the event and I was 7,100th in line. Last time I was 6,500th in line. I think it's rigged and certain people can beat the system to get in.
I’ve tried 4 times and made it through 3 times.
I believe to have a chance you must start around 1500 or lower.

I'm 2 for 2
I am 1 for 4.
1 for 3. Twice missed at @4500 and made it @2300
I’ve only got in once
so your telling me there's a chance...
0-4, and not even under 1000 at any time.
