I tried to order two coins from Royal Mint site but I can't add to the cart when I login to my account. It kept returned this message "Consumer products not available in this currency". Have anyone ordered from Royal Mint before as a US customer?

After spent hours last night, I finally figured out why I can’t place an order with my account. It is because my account was created as investment account which is for bullion only. It is a cash account. I did not know that when I created it otherwise I would not create it. I don’t want to buy any bullion. So I used another email to make the order it went through. But this morning I got an email from Royal mint that they cancelled the order, they wanted me to do the wire transfer to order. Forget it. Too much troubles.
I believe everyone signs up through that investment portal, but that doesn’t prevent you from buying regular releases. I buy a few things from them every quarter and just use my Visa card to sign out. Lots of interesting designs and historical pieces. Excellent minting quality and good customer service and packaging.
After you sign on go to the shop button and choose whatever you are looking for. It works for me. Lately they have released a lot of high demand items that sold out in minutes. Good luck
Royal mint has many nice proof coins but the price is very high. One oz gold is about 3900 usd.
