Does Terry Bradshaw belong with the all time greats?
Terry Bradshaw recently said that he doesn't feel that he gets the recognition he deserves.
NFL World Reacts To Terry Bradshaw’s Honest Admission
Earlier this week, legendary Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Terry Bradshaw lamented one aspect of his football career.
Despite winning four Super Bowls, Bradshaw doesn’t feel like he gets the recognition he deserves. The NFL Hall of Famer thinks he deserves to be among the all-time greats like Tom Brady and Joe Montana.
“If there’s one thing in my life I do wish I had,” Bradshaw explained. “And I’ll say this… I wish I was loved and respected… And I understand, I know I don’t deserve this, I just wish I had it. Like [Tom] Brady, and like Peyton [Manning], Roger Staubach. But when I sit back in my life as a football player, I never had that kind of respect,” Bradshaw continued. “And I wish I did. I really do wish I did.”
His comments sparked an interesting debate on social media. Some think he’s right and that he should be mentioned among the all-time greats after winning four Super Bowl rings.
“A 4-0 record in the SB does deserve more respect. Bradshaw was the first,” one fan said.
“The real TB12 PITTSBURGH RESPECTS YOU GOAT!” another fan said.
However, there are other fans who think he doesn’t have the stats to back up his claim as one of the greats.
“Terry Bradshaw is statistically the worst QB in the HOF and it’s not close,” another fan said.
Bradshaw is a college football and NFL Hall of Famer. That might have to be enough for him, though.
In the end, he did what he was supposed to do: win.

Um, what Bradshaw actually said was that he knows he doesn't deserve it, he just wishes he had it. The entire article is premised on pretending Bradshaw said the opposite of what he actually said. And Bradshaw is correct, he obviously doesn't deserve it.
He is not even in the same conversation
But I will say he probably deserves to be in the HOF more than Floyd Little or Joe Namath 🤷♂️
Athlonsports.com made a list of top 25 greatest quarterbacks of all-time, here is their list:
Perky,....you are entitled to your opinion. I respect that. Actually I agree with you. But, just a warning! If you're ever at my house, and of course you're welcome any time, unless you want to to get beat over the head with a rolling pin and chased out the front door......DON'T EVER let your opinion on Terry be known around here! The Lovely Mrs. Hydrant, just a couple of days ago, called that fat, bald, has-been, her, "BOYFRIEND!"..... and she has ME!! ...Her " BOYFRIEND" was at the Ram/Niner game last week.....so just like like every time he's in the vicinity, she goes missing until the second quarter starts. She stalks that old man!....SHE ADMITS IT!!!!....It's embarrassing and I've lived it for 45 YEARS!!..... Sweet Baby Jesus!....Make it stop.....PLEASE!!!! 😵
We all know how big of a fan I am of Terry Bradshaw, I own nudes of the man, I keep them in a safe with my most prized possessions.
My suspicion is that someone else, under my own roof, has a collection of those same photos..... I just need the combination to the safe.
I suspect I know who you're referring to, tell her to protect those photos at all costs, they're priceless!
Winner in the era, no doubt earned it. All that tv time since might have waned peeps on him, maybe. Different game when he was on top though....I don't hear conversations where folks say he's shit in the ranks....complaining about the new world of pomp and circumstance and maybe not feeling a bite of that cupcake is all.
I would rank Bradshaw over Roethlisberger.
Bradshaw won 3 MVP's
Big Ben - 0
Terry Bradshaw was AMAZING!!
Ignore list -Basebal21
On that note I would rank Staubach over Tarkenton.
And add 4 SB wins to that. Better than Aaron Gideeup Rodgers by far......... And much better sense of humor to boot.
Top 10 is all I an going to worry about, SB wins after name. Winning the big one, that is really all that matters.
It's close between the two. I don't know. Staubach won two Super Bowls and was an MVP in one. Tarkenton had 4 shots in the big one and came up short every time. It doesn't matter. They were both very good. The main thing about those two is that they initiated a new concept of quarterbacking at the same time. It was revolutionary to the game. Before them, it was stand up,big tough guy quarterbacks, get hit and get the job done....the rules were VERY different then. The Mahomes, Wilsons, and even Brady, etc., are the beneficiaries of what Tarkenton and Staubach got started and what you see today......"The Mad Scrambler" or "Roger The Dodger".....it's a tossup to me. Two very good players for their time.....I like the game....win or lose!
My wife saw that statement and is hoping that for 25 bucks, a box of chocolates and four
Pattie Labelle pies will get her 10 minutes with the nudies. You may find her on front porch
afterwards smoking a pack of Lucky Strikes and a six pack of Pabst. No, she don't share!!
I'll never understand this. On what planet is Trent Dilfer a better QB than Dan Marino? Or Eli Manning better than Steve Young? Does Kurt Warner somehow become a better quarterback if Santonio Holmes drops one pass?
Answers: None, none, of course not.
The answer, according to roughly 90% of the people on this forum, and 100% of the people who think Terry Bradshaw was a great QB, is "yes". It is unknown how many of them understand this.
.
Ok, I'll share, but I'm afraid I cannot show the really good one, this is a family oriented forum, so I'll just give you a teaser. Here he is, the man himself, wearing a provocative t-shirt and a pair of daisy dukes, enjoy!
Thank You for the heads up! 😅
He is an ll time great QB. That doesn't mean I have him top 20 necessarily.
I think most everybody knows that Brady will most likely never be surpassed because of the fact that no one will have as many seasons of being able to play this rough and tumble sport and keep from getting hurt. As big and tough as Big Ben was he finally had ro give in to injuries. He was a great qb.
