PSA 4
I'll agree PSA 4.
Gretzky,Ripken, and Sandberg collection. Still trying to complete 1975 Topps baseball set from when I was a kid.
Another vote for 4

If a generous grader, possibly a 5. Centering is pretty good.

@DMasci ... the centering is the chief reason I am considering a submission.... mos def not submitting at 100 bucks a pop however.... thanks for your feedback!
4.5
My instant thought was 4
Hmmmmm. What are those indentations on the back on the top edge, right above his name? Those could really weigh the grade down. I’d keep it raw if that were my card.
@MantleMarisFordBerra ..... sticker debris only on the plastic exterior.......
Oh that’s awesome, glad to hear. In that case I’ll agree w the others and say this would get a 4 or 5. Good luck!
@MantleMarisFordBerra .....this card has plenty of issues but I like the photo color and centering.... appeal.... I'll just be waiting til PSA lowers their fees or take it to SGC.... I love the tuxedo slab with vintage....
My first guess was PSA 4.
3
Is it possible the card was in a screwdown holder? The bottom corners (especially the bottom left corner) looks like it might have been "pressed" from a screwdown holder that did not have a recessed area for the card.
What is the black on some of the corners?
I'm thinking a three. It will be a pretty looking one, but there is some strong wear or rubbing on back edges with some of it intruding on the front where it goes into the white border, as well as the top back issue. Then the corner bend on top.
The left edge on the reverse look a little wavy. Maybe an artifact of the scan but I'd look at that closely.
How did this card get a PSA 4.5?
RELATIVE OF THE GRADER.
Maybe slabbed pre-pandemic.

With the damage I am seeing on the one corner, I doubt very seriously it gets higher than a '3'.
Relative of the issue. 1971's are notoriously more condition sensitive. The grades are more lenient on the black cards. If they weren't, you would have nothing higher than a '7', technically speaking.
In the end the above '67 Rose is staying raw.... I am not sending this one in .... thanks guys.
