Burrow contenders question

So I am trying to understand how the market looks at some of these contenders. So on a red optic contenders auto Burrow I see a few psa 9’s on eBay and then I see psa 9 with a 10 auto grade. Which is more desirable? Price difference typically? Thx

    The ones that came in packs, the other someone had him sign it and had it graded and authenticated.

    I haven’t seen the particular card in question, but the above isn’t always true. You can pay for an auto grade on a pack pulled auto.
