I see this small coin listed on eBay as being a 50 Kurus "authentic gold plated" coin at 4.3 grams and 22mm, and bringing corresponding low prices.
But I also see it listed as KM#753, 50 Kurush, .917% gold @ 3.608 grams.
Altın or altın değil?
We are like children who look at print and see a serpent in the last letter but one, and a sword in the last.

Is this the seller’s description and the seller’s pics?
I’m confused. But very lightly. I’d stay away.

My coin, my images. I'm just trying to determine if this is one of the "authentic" gold plated coins offered on eBay--if there was an actual real coin that was released that was in fact gold plated. Or if this is an actual solid gold KM#753.

Of course there was a real gold one. Yours looks totally authentic.. Now I am no longer confused.
Edited about the weight: I don’t remember it by heart, but I see why you are concerned. I don’t think that you should be. I’m too far away from catalogues right now and very sleepy, 1:20 am here.

Measure the thickness and you can calculate the volume (although you'll need to take into account the difference between a solid cylinder and one with some missing volume due to the design elements). With the weight and volume you can calculate the specific gravity.
