Sorry Gumby, but you will have to use a loupe and camera to get us some better pics. I see C/P's guide lists an S over inverted S but no way to tell from the images provided.

VV does not list any OMM's for this date/mm but there are several RPM's that look like yours.

i must be missing something. an omm is an over mintmark ie s/d o/cc etc an rpm is a double, triple or more repunching of the same letter of mm no matter the rotation..

varietyvista lists 2 omm for silver roosies but they are for 47-s but even those are some form of s/s.

i was going to say if you have an omm for that year/mm, then you have a discovery (very low odds) but i can't even say that as it seems the information is finally starting to fall out-of-date. i gotta be careful going forward til this gets sorted out.

bolivar is right on the nose, you gotta learn to hold a loupe with the camera/microscope and it takes practice because the lighting angles are very very low.

i would just link you to a page but that would be fruitless in this instance unless you want to check the myriad of s/s?

See the note on Variety Vista. There is no longer an OMM for 1950-S, just RPM's:

They make several inexpensive loupes that attach to your cell phone camera. I've got one, but never used it.

Anybody have any idea. I've looked on Variety Vista but I can't seem to match these up.

You can load an app to your phone that will magnify for better pics. I use "Magnifier Plus"
