I had a PSA 8 gretz with beautiful centering but a very rough cut. Seen many with cuts so rough it is on the border of being paper loss.
Don't disagree with you guys though, I think it is a 2/3 and I paid a 2/3 price. Thought it had decent eye appeal for the condition and needed one for a low grade set.

When it is on the edge like that, is it really paper loss, I would think it would still be considered bad edges/corners?
I am not referencing the rough edges. If you expand the image you will see a surface paper loss on the bottom blue border right below the white photo outline. That is what will keep it in the PSA 2-3 range. Hope this helps.

Paper loss on bottom border surface likely means PSA 2-3.
two
Agree with the others a 2 with the paper loss.
Ouch! That paper loss to me is part of the cut but you guys are probably right. I have it as a 3, small shot at a 4
I think it has a shot at a 3 but no higher. Nice looking card though. Clear image and no big distractions.

Comparing it to my OPC Lemieux that graded a 4, I would say 3 is top grade.
Gretzky,Ripken, and Sandberg collection. Still trying to complete 1975 Topps baseball set from when I was a kid.
Most likely PSA 2

Fwiw that is not on the card. I have a MH light in my shop so take pics there and is a tiny piece of sawdust on the CS1.
