Questions about errors on cards

Does the printing of the wrong driver's signature make the card an error card?
Where would someone send such a card to get it authenticated?
The card in question:
Back of the card:
I am not a card collector but was approached by someone who many years ago pulled the card from a wrapped deck and wanted to know the best route to confirm its authenticity (if it is even possible).
Any help is greatly appreciated.

It's an error card..... but if there isn't a "corrected" version of the card, then it is just a uncorrected error card, meaning that there would be 1995 of these cards out there with the wrong signature. It's probably authentic... why would anyone fake a Terry Labonte with a wrong signature?
Regardless, I'd imagine the value is minimal as who collects Terry Labonte? Now if it was Dale Earnhardt with a Terry signature, might add a couple bucks!
Looks like there is a corrected version of it.

Since they are serial numbered I wonder how many of each version exist.
