There are no photos but I am confident that it is not.

I see photos and the coin is clearly not an SMS example.

The only coins accepted as 1964 SMS pieces are those that have a direct and proven lineage back to the US Mint Director at that time. These pieces have long ago been certified and sold. In short, there are no 1964 SMS coins to be found.
