1822 B-2 Bust Quarter G-T-G : 200 Year Anniversary

The 1822 Browning-2 variety is called an R-5 in both the Rea/Peterson/Karoleff/Kovach book on bust quarters, and the Tompkins book. The Tompkins book notes the obverse has a dentil count of 124 and the reverse has a dentil count of 115 (123 on B-1's), the edge reed count is not noted (108 on B-1's). Several proofs were also struck from this die pairing.
The obverse is used for all 1822 die marriages, but the reverse die was engraved in 1818 per Tompkins and is also used for striking the 1828 Browning-3 marriage. The variety is easily identified by the re-punched denomination on the reverse. 25 is struck over 50, with the 5 double repunched over the 0 with the first 5 re-punched low. There are only two die states: Prime and with a die crack from the obverse rim to star 11. Higher grades exist for this variety, but are difficult to find and more easily available in lower grades.
The example below was submitted to PCGS a number of years ago. Its a little rough, but feel free to test yourself and try to guess the PCGS grade if you'd like. Comments are always welcome, and if you have an 1822 B-2, please post a picture of it.

Rare example with nice original skin. I guess AG Details- scratch.
I love your collection of bust quarters. Thanks for sharing!
AG details- graffiti. It’s too bad about the scratches/graffiti, but any 1822 B-2 would be a prize to own (at least it would be in my book).
I agree with the AG details, graffiti/damage.
