Ebay selling policy............

I have been told that you can't list an uncertified coin on Ebay for more than $2500 and I know that you can't list an uncertified coin as an "MS' grade, but I can't find any of these rules on the Ebay site.
Could someone provide me a link (if there is any)?................
Thanking you in advance,

you should be able to sell coins over that value but just have to do it via auction. i guess $2,499.99 starting price would work or lower?
Used to be that the limit was for listing a single raw coin. You could list a lot of more than one raw coin over the $2500 limit. I included a worthless nickel or dime. If it doesn't allow you to do that any longer try changing the category to US COINS > COLLECTIONS, LOTS when listing more than a single raw coin.
i can't get past the captcha in any broswer to sign in/out. anyone else having a problem?
edit to add:
since i can't login or out, i cannot get into the ebay tech forum to ask.
That's not quite correct. You can't list an uncertified coin to start/BIN above $2500, but if it's started below that, it can be bid above $2500. You can list an uncertified coin with whatever grade you want, but you can't provide a numeric grade. So you can call it VF or AU or MS/UNC, but you can't call it VF30, AU55, or MS64.
ok. the darn captcha finally started working. after a couple restart, cookie cleans and browser switches.
