Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......

I had to look Josh McDaniel up......but......after the rattlesnake bite.....AND.....the subsequent internal bleeding into my digestive tract.....if he does have an "accident" in bed....... My sympathies are with the guy.....Been There Done That!......Oh,....the poor Lovely Mrs Hydrant...... the things I put her though!!!!! CLEANUP TIME!!!

P.S.....Yesterday, I reached down to pick up a log and there it was....BABY RATTLER!...he's no longer with us.......the last one I met was the day I stayed home from the Bucs game.....close call! He's gone too......anyway that makes 7 bye-bye Rattle Babies since the fateful day of the BIG BITE! My right index finger turned the size of a BIG dill pickle after that one!..... I'm looking for #8. TODAY......I'm on a mission from GOD! I always pack heat now wherever I go. 12 gauge 00-Buck! I hate those guys.......Ahh....LIFE ON THE RANCH!......if you can survive it........nothing better!

you couldn't pay me enough to babysit that motley crue. Oakland/Los Angeles/Las Vegas/Salt Lake City wherever the Raiders play now is where coaches go to die. looking at these records since they went to the Super Bowl in '03 is like looking at Mark Davis

83% chance is what i calculated for fire hydrant getting lucky if the Rams win the super bowl, so i'll use a different figure here and go a tick higher............88%

you'll never be able to outrun a bad diet

I have been vocal about my ongoing disappointment in McDaniels as a play caller. But I bet that he will be able to find success as a HC this time around. Although I have been upset with him, I recognize his contributions and high skill level. That being said...

I have had a grudge against him ever since the game he returned to NE. I believe I have mentioned this before. I know that I have talked about it elsewhere and I never get people to agree with me. But I will give it another shot. Does anyone remember when he returned to NE during the playoff? It was the Tim Tebow season. We all remember that year. Tebow's Broncos beat the Steelers in the playoffs. Next week the Patriots were playing the Broncos. McDaniels, the former Broncos coach, was being rehired by the Pats and was allowed to return for that game. There was no way that the Patriots were going to lose to the Broncos. So there was nothing really special required in terms of play calling necessary, in my opinion. But McDaniels felt the need to show off a little, to make it known that he was back. This was the game were he used Aaron Hernandez out of the backfield. This had not been a common formation for the Pats, so it was unexpected. And it worked.

Why am I upset about this? Well, it wasn't necessary. He should have saved it. The next week we played the Ravens and lost. We REALLY could have used the surprise of Hernandez out of the backfield, particularly if he had saved it for the second half.

Does anyone else remember this and does anyone agree?

Edited to add: iirc, we did use Hernandez a bit in the backfield, but not the way we did that game.

In today’s NFL you are only as good as your QB. The Broncos haven’t been relevant since Manning.
Is Derek Carr really a top 10 QB?
Can the Raiders pass Kansas City in their division with Carr versus Mahomes?
The question shouldn’t be about the coaching rather the QB.
