Will it straight grade ?
If so what grade will it be given by PCGS …
I’m thinking XF 45.
1829 MO JM Only 7 coins graded by both PCGS and NGC …
DNB state “ ….the date is scarce and very elusive …”

It sorta looks like it has a reeded edge. Needs authentication first before worrying about grading.
I'm not an expert on these but I don't like the looks on this one. Can't find a slabbed example with that much of a hook on the end of the J in assayer's initial. Dentils look bad. The snake should have an open mouth. Lots of red flags.
The rims also appear to be upset indicating a collared strike, which would not be the case in 1829 at Mexico City.
If metal is correct composition, I'd call this a modern numismatic forgery. Sorry Dan.

Can you post images of the edge?
NFL: Buffalo Bills & Green Bay Packers
Maybe cleaned at some point in time not sure.

Additionally, if you look at the base of the center bottom ray, you'll see two small teeth - one on each side of the ray - that's an anti-counterfeiting feature introduced on standardized dies later in the 19th Century by Mexico City and then all other mints when they switched to using the standard dies. Needless to say, standardized dies were not yet used in 1829.

I say yes ATS

The longer i look at it, the worse it gets. Check out the 8's on the obverse - two different punches used. One that correctly terminates down top left and the other one that incorrectly does it top right.

Why do you think they would straight grade a counterfeit?
I have no reason to think it is counterfeit and, while I am no expert, it looks OK to me. I just think ATS is a bit softer on cleaning issues, and I think it has been cleaned. Still, it looks pretty decent from the photo. I almost said, 50-50 here, and yes ATS.

I think the posts above bring up enough issues to call into question the authenticity of the coin and each would need to be addressed before accepting the coin as legitimate. A picture of the edge would help, it's unfortunate the OP hasn't returned to the thread to include one.
Located one I have, graded AU50. Mutiple differences especially with the date, assayer, and snake. Included pics for reference
Thanks for posting an example.
