just about decent-sized shop will have buy/sell prices either on the phone, email, website, app or other. (best to try and find out which shops are closest to you and how much above/below spot they pay/charge for various metals/coins.

i think one of the common trackers is rarecoa?

I know APMEX used to publish their buys on that stuff. Not sure if they still do.
