Is there a rule book for BST

I’m looking for the basics - how money is exchanged , fees, kind of the basics of how to get started and how to guarantee that is all flows smoothly. I’ve sold plenty on eBay but never here. Thanks

Think of the BST as a classified section. The two parties involved can set the terms however they please, though if one side isn’t known and established, they can probably expect to be given less benefit of the doubt—if selling they may be asked to ship first or receive a fee-based payment with buyer protections; if buying they will be expected to pay ahead of shipping. When two parties are known and trusted, no-fee payments without buyer protections aren’t uncommon, and items may be shipped ahead of a payment being received just based on trust.

No fees over here.

Two unwritten rules:
1) Good in focus cropped photos and state your asking price, this is not an auction site so do not attempt to play members against each other, and you will get a bad rep fast buy trying to do business that way.
2) Put all your items for sale in one thread and only bump that thread once per day, do not clog up the BST with multiple threads with multiple bumps each day.
