Ok..thanks to Steven and MsMorrisine!. I will check with other doubled die or mint error sites!. I thought this "forums.collectors.com belongs to PCGS?. I am gold member on PCGS!. So the folks at PCGS do not look into these forums and answer?..
Indeed it is a "New" or New find!, as there is none reported so far, none sold and none recorded anywhere!?. There is a known Reverse double variety and in demand, but none the type this coin is showing!..... Hope to nail it as a Discovery!.

If you believe you found something new, it will need to be verified by a group like CONECA. PCGS only attributes significant known varieties and doesn't mess with the minor ones.
Also, the forum is here for collectors to share info, not as a primary vehicle for PCGS to communicate directly with the collector. Occasionally the staff will comment, but it is almost always about forum rules, or logistical issues.
BTW: You said its a new variety. How do you know it's a new DDO? Im having trouble seeing any notching or split serifs on Liberty, and the Y is thinning, not thickening (hard to be certain from the pics). Those are characteristics for mechanical doubling, not true hub doubling. As others have said, CONECA would be the place to go

Thanks Oldhoopster,
Coneca is one place, are there any other sites and names to explore?..
CONECA is not "one place". Oldhoopster gave the correct advice. CONECA is THE place. They are the final word. If they give a thumbs up, that's all you need. If they give a thumbs down, that's also all you need.
You came here for an opinion. That's what you've got.

Need a date from your coin to look up possible matches. 82-P, 82-D ?
