New to Anciets Collector Needing Help on Odd Strike of Coin

Greetings,
Just getting into ancient coins, and I happened across a Pamphylia Aspendus coin, with two wrestlers on front and a slinger on back.
As a longtime US, mostly modern collector I saw the image of his legs, and immediately thought doubling (of course I know these were handstruck, not machine made)
Can someone give some insight into what is happening here?
