The top two photos make the top coin look polished. Not saying that it is... nice thumb though. The second coin, too hard to tell much by the photos. For me, at least.
From those photos, I would feel concern as to the possibility of buffing on the first coin. May be wrong and if so I would still feel hard put to place a grade on the first coin due to the look of chatter at the Eagles beak and something at the tail feathers going on in Photo 1 but not present in second photo of the first coin.
The 2nd 43 should grade 65 due to the anomaly above the eagle's wing. As always, JMO.

Man that was fast… they are nice but if I was buying I would need to see them in hand pic are harder to grade any coin even with good pic.
