Do low ball collectors collect AG03s?

or is it considered too high of a grade - it's a 20-D buff nickel. Trying to decide on a liquidation route.

Not a low ball collector here but seems to me they prefer the PO1's and FR2's but may use an AG3 as place holder until something better worse comes along.

My Washington Quarter Registry set...in progress
I collect AG03s for some of the keys in my albums... just too spendy for nicer coins...
I love lowballs (mainly U.S. gold). I personally try to stay G4 or lower.
For silver lowballs, P1 and F2 are my sweet spot.

Buffalo nickels? Probably not. Too many of them.
A modern silver eagle or an Ike dollar? Yes. Today the following AG3 Kennedy closed at a pretty reasonable price:

And that Kennedy is already holdered and that can be half the battle

How can a Kennedy that looks like this sell one for that?
Low ball registry. 64s didn't circulate. Hard to find one well worn but wholesome.
Low ballers typically lose out due to the nature of "low balling". I've tried to win by lowballing. I never saw coins as "lowball". Low ballers ( from my experience) are trying to collect higher graded coins for lower prices.
I like to think of the lower graded coins as "hole fillers for less ".
I might low ball key dates or semi key in lower grades ( but not to collect)
Collector turned dealer, so my views are skewed.
AG03s are perfectly acceptable for hard to find / make coins.
Less so for hard to find / make.
Here's the coin and realized price:
That's not really how the term is used in the era of lowball registry sets.
I like them, tastes great, less filling
