Ah yes. The QA 2 Wait!

RoflesRofles Posts: 752 ✭✭✭✭✭

My latest 8 card sub is in QA2. Time for some antacid tablets! Here’s what is in:

Sure hope they turn out great! Hoping for at least one 9 on the baseball cards (okay all 9’s or one non-9 lol. Ok I’m also hoping for some 10’s! 😂)

Good luck. Keep us posted on the results. I've got some Reynolds' rookies and George Thomas' from that same stash in my pile waiting to get shipped off for grading some day when rates come back down to Earth.

Poppage! I really thought one of the ‘71’s had a SOLID shot at a 9, but still very happy with the sub! One 10, one 7 (expected) and straight 8’s! I’ll probably send some in for review in the future! The Joker card is a POP 1 gem mint 10 (only like 5 graded though lol).

    ETA: 2 7’s!

Congrats! (But just knowing your joker card got a 10 will keep me up at night!!! Because of the image… not the grade!)

nice stuff, sucks it cost you 300 for the first time on the 71 rookies , I guess it is not as painful now that it is holdered.

the brooks looks really sweet for a 7 , love those rough edges

When Rofles first started sending in under the Super Express service level I had a hard time understanding. After some discussions with him I get it.

Some of us gamble at the casino, some with a bookie. Some of us like gambling submitting cards and Rofles is the high roller version of that. Sometimes he hits and other times he misses but it's exciting and I like the threads.

For the record… I think it is a WICKED COOL card!!! I come from the early Michael Keaton Batman days. Seeing the effects of the modern movies and modern artists and modern storytelling… I love that such images are transferring to trading cards!!! I love non-sports. And I’m glad you scored such a great grade on a great card.

Thanks so much my man! I’m but a simple technician for a telecom company Lol. Just recently I sent in 5 cards I won in auction; 4 came back evidence of trim, and a PSA 9. Needless to say I promptly returned the cards. $650 went POOF. I’m still up overall though! When I get the slabs back I’ll post the pics! I appreciate showing my slabbing adventures here; nobody I really know IRL cares that much lol

I actually have 2 almost identical rookie cards; I THINK I sent the other one in Lol
I’m excited to add these cards to my registry!
I really thought brooks had a shot at an 8, but I’ll still take it! I paid $6 for it at an antique store!
