1968D DDR question?

I found a 1968d 25c Washington quarter DDR the one that is very very rare.It is in the mint set sulafane with a 1968d triple die obverse and also the DDR Lincoln I hadn't looked at the dime or nickel are there errors on those???.Is it better to send to pcgs in mint sulafane packaging /envelope or shall I take them out individually and submit?Thanks in advance I'm super excited!!!!! I think this quarter will grade Ms 68..We will see.The whole set has lots of frost on all coins ..Thanks in advance everyone it is a pleasure meeting you all!!!I'm Jason Greathouse!!!! You mentioned you were new to collecting. There are other types of doubling that are very common and add no value. It does take some study to understand the differences

If you are seeing doubling on more than one coin in the set there is chance that looking through the cellophane is throwing you off.
