Jumbo card grading

Good morning,
I just opened a 2005-06 Upper Deck Rookie Class box set and to my surprise it had the Alex Ovechkin jumbo card in it. My question is will PSA grade this card? If yes; is it worth grading, can I submit it in a top loader and can I submit it under the Economy level?

Yes, they do and will grade it. They have already graded 38 of them on the pop report. It fits easily into the tallboy holder. You would sub it in a CSiv holder. Cost of subbing is presently high relative to its value; I'd wait until the fee came down a bit if it were mine.
