No. You can Google the 1969-S DDO and see that your coin doesn't look like it.
Thanks I realize it was not as strong but there is some doubling likely machine. Just wondered if there were less exaggerated verities.
Only the "classic" 1969-S DDO has any meaningful value. Machine doubling, not, extremely common. Lumps in S mintmark for the year, extremely common. Die polishing striations, extremely common.
