I have heard rumblings and now espn has it that Tommy may be mulling retirement after this season. I thought he had been confident next year was a certainty. now it seems that may not be the case.
George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.

I haven’t heard that but wouldn’t be surprised even though he is on top of his game, I think he wanted to get the career passing yards in his name, now that he has that what the heck else does he need to accomplish?
Only he and his wife know for certain and I am sure she will have a big say in what he does.
IDK, I think she has wanted him to retire for awhile now. It actually came out from Brady himself that he acknowledged that he had to spend more time with family because Giselle was not happy.
So far he has made it work, I know Gronk stayed he would retire when Brady does as well.
If Tom retires the Bucs can then go trade for Garoppolo to have the succession that NE had always dreamed about.

With a combined net worth of well over 650 Million, why not retire? What could they not have, do, buy, visit, or experience with that kinda coin? He's got a gorgeous wife, pretty cool kids, a $6 million dollar yacht, world famous and tons and tons of life to live.
My opinion is that if he wins this year's Superbowl, he will wake up one morning (like I once did years ago), and say, I've had enough, I'm done.
Brady still enjoys the game and can still play at a high level (just unreal at his age). However, there's an end to everything we do. If Tampa wins the SB, he will most likely retire. If they don't, I could see him come back for one more ride down memory lane. I wish Brady the best. This dude is all class. Then Tampa can go after Russell Wilson.
anyone else find the timing of these rumblings to be quite odd?
is it time to bet the farm on the Rams today?
you'll never be able to outrun a bad diet
It's anyone's guess. I believe he will keep playing as long as he can perform at his customary elite level and collect rings on an almost annual basis, he's enjoying where he is football wise so why walk away from it now? He could very well play till he's 50 if he stays at his current level of play. Only Tom knows, but as a fan I sure want to see his train keep rolling!
