How to issue a refund on eBay?

I need to issue a refund to a buyer on eBay, but I can't seem to do it. The eBay instructions say for me to go to Seller Hub or My eBay Sold and locate the item. Then, it says from the dropdown, select Send Refund. I don't see the Send Refund.
Help, please.

Never mind. I finally figured it out.
