1962-D Lincoln Cent Over 1961? Or PMD Your Call?

This is the first of many new coins I’m finding in the 3 $25 Penny Roll boxes I purchased from my bank! Let me know your take on this! Is it 1962D over 1961D, PMD, or is it something entirely different?
THE ONLY THINGS I’M GREAT AT ARE BEING A FATHER TO MY SON CALIBER, HUNTING, AND FISHING! OTHER THAN THAT I NEED A YOUTUBE VIDEO TO TEACH ME LOL!! 🤣😂🤣😂

Agree, not a 1. There's a good chance it's related to all of the others damage on the coin
It looks like a very rare 192-D under Dunlap P205-75R16 from here.
Not true! Dunlap did not make a R series Radial in 1962 You're mistaking it with the GOLD SEAL C41 which quite well could be what's under the 62 in this coin
Those are damaged digits and “hits” on the rims – there’s no error on that coin, sorry
