That is a Counterfeit/Replica error coin.

Also sometimes referred to as a "Fantasy" piece.

It's a fantasy piece because it would not have happened with the minting processes back then.

That's a double strike, not a doubled die. That said, it's also a counterfeit and has no numismatic value.
